Return and Exchange

Request you to please read this carefully.

1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 4-7 days for the returned product (s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at an additional cost of Rs 100, in case of returns. 

Post 7 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange/return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.

2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment or the customer is unavailable, the customer will need to courier the product back to our warehouse location.

3. For COD orders, the customer will be provided a coupon code within 5 working days from the day of return pickup, and the same will be sent on the registered email address/contact number. The coupon can be used within 60 days of receiving it.

4. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund would not be provided. We only issue refunds once the product has reached back to our warehouse and a quality check is done.

5. Please allow us 5-7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be credited in your bank account. We only provide refunds for prepaid orders and not COD orders. Also, shipping charges are non-refundable for every order, in case of return or exchange.

6. In case of delayed response, please allow us time till next day and it will be taken up on priority.

7. We do not respond to customer queries on WhatsApp.

8. You can cancel a product only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@hemandstitch.in within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm.

Please note that some of the orders ship almost immediately and it is not always possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited in the same payment method that was used for payment.

9. To maintain hygiene standards, no returns will be accepted in case of categories including masks, and boxers.

10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, we would not be able to adhere to any more requests.

11. If you have purchased two or multiple items from our website and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

12. In the case of an exchange, we offer colour and size exchanges. You can also order products from any other category, but it has to be of a similar amount.
