For shipping, we use DELHIVERY to ship the products across India, and they are fully insured. Usually, for COD orders, the courier will text/call you before delivery. If you are not available at time, the delivery partner will attempt the delivery twice. Post that, it will be returned back to our warehouse. In case, if you want a delivery at some particular location, please share that before the product is dispatched.

Hem and Stitch will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies, due to holidays, in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery. 

Shipping time - 3-7 Business Days, depending on the location.
